To submit a cheating tool please follow these steps:

Create a compressed archive of any files you wish to share with us as well as any instructions you think are necessary.

Go to https://www.masanggames.com and submit a support ticket including the download link to the file to the Microvolts Recharged team. 

The team will analyze the contents of the archive and take appropriate measures depending on the results.

? Steam Overlay is Disabled

When turned off, your in-game Steam Overlay causes your micro-transaction purchases to fail.

To turn on the Steam Overlay:
1. Go to Steam on the top Hotbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the In-Game tab, and then turn on Enable Steam Overlay while in-game.

? Your purchase was canceled or service was interrupted

Purchases within the in-game store require you to confirm your selection before completion.

This error message may appear if:

- You cancel the purchase before it completes.
- You experience any kind of service interruption during the purchase process.

If you're unable to access the item you purchased with RT in the game, please contact us for assistance.

Rock Token (RT) is a virtual currency that can be used in-game.

RT can be purchased via Steam Wallet and be used to customize and expand players’ game experience.

Microvolts Point (MP) is a virtual currency that can be used and earned in-game.

You can earn MP by playing matches, capsules, and boxes.

Please follow the directions below to report a player for cheating, harassment, or otherwise violating the Operation Policy while playing Microvolts. 

To report a player, file a web ticket.

Make sure to include the following:
- The name of the player you're reporting. 
- A description of the violation by the player.
- A screenshot or a video(link) that clearly shows the violation and the player’s name.

In this closed beta, the testing is limited to a specific set of testers who may be experienced with previous Microvolts products. We are expecting to get rich insights and feedback from the royal Microvolts fans, especially about the balance between weapons, stats, and other factors of the game through testing. 

The beta period has not been firmly scheduled yet. The first term will be for a week and if that’s not enough, we might extend the period or take the second term to get further results.

Therefore, the official release date will be determined according to the closed beta schedule.
